Trip-And-Fall Leg Injury Case
While visiting a shipping store to discuss an issue about a package delivery, the victim tripped over the high threshold of the main entryway and fell onto the exterior deck of the business. Her foot had become “entrapped in a large gap”, causing the 74-year-old’s knee to hyperextend resulting in an extremely severe break in her right leg and medical bills worth $350,000.
