Listening. Storytelling. Commitment. Determination.

One of our most important values is the fierce protection of our clients. With a resolute appetite for trial, we approach each case with unyielding determination to secure an improved quality of life for our clients and their families.

Our Philosophy

The deeper we get into this profession the more we learn that our abilities as lawyers are amplified by our power to tell your story. We’ve learned that our most sacred job is to listen to people, understand the things that are important to them, and usher them through an imperfect system. Most of our clients simply need to know that someone has their back. It’s as simple as that; the people who come to us often have no idea what a good result is, they have no idea how much their injury is “worth,” but they absolutely know when they’re being treated with care and respect.

The highest and most important calling is to validate and listen - I legitimately think this is one of the most powerful things on Earth.

We’re here to listen to your story, and make sure others hear it as well.

There is nothing any of us can do to turn back the hands of time. If you’re paralyzed, or brain damage, or your bones are irretrievably broken, there is simply nothing we can do to reverse that damage. But, we can tell stories.
Big jury verdicts are nothing more than validations of these stories. Juries tell clients: “I see you, I hear you, I’m trying to understand what you’re going through, I want to help support you, we don’t want to see this happen to anyone else.” Can you imagine a more powerful moment?
We often say that we are therapists as much as we are lawyers. Law school doesn’t teach you how to talk to people who have suffered a catastrophic and permanent injury, or those who have lost a loved one. And that is why so many attorneys in the profession don’t have the “bedside manner” needed for people to feel safe and comfortable.

Forming a human connection with our clients and understanding the impact of their loss is essential to our ability to tell their story and that is the epitome of what we do - we are storytellers

We know the legal system. We know how a courtroom works, we know the rules of evidence. But the most valuable thing we do is look at other people and tell them that they matter. People want someone who will fight for them and share their story through fierce advocacy.

We are the conduit for their story.
