Victoria Santoro Named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2025 “Circle of Excellence”
We’re excited to share that Victoria (“Tori”) Santoro, co-founding partner of Santoro & Gray, earned a spot on the 2025 edition of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s Top Women of Law list. As a previous honoree, Tori was named to the publication’s prestigious Circle of Excellence, which honors prior Top Women of Law recipients who continue to make a lasting impact on the profession. We’re thrilled to celebrate this recognition along with all of the “exceptional women lawyers who are pioneers, educators, trailblazers, and role models.”
What it means to make the Circle of Excellence
The Circle of Excellence only recognizes a small group of women each year. The award goes to those whose leadership, mentorship, and consistent professional excellence shape the Massachusetts legal community. The award is only open to prior Top Women of Law honorees who continue to make meaningful contributions to the profession.
About Victoria Santoro
Tori is a co-founder of Santoro & Gray and a nationally recognized trial lawyer with multimillion-dollar verdicts. Some of her notable accomplishments include a multi-million-dollar verdict, including punitive damages, against an international hotel chain for the wrongful death drowning of a father of four where she served as co-trial counsel. She also helped secure a $1.65 million verdict in a slip-and-fall case and also prevailed in the first fully remote civil jury trial during COVID.
Tori is serving as the current President of the Massachusetts Bar Association (2024–25). She is a dedicated leader deeply involved in mentoring and creating sustainable litigation career paths for women attorneys. Tori also remains active in organizations that support spinal cord injury survivors, sexual assault survivors, and that advocate for mental health support.
As a frequent lecturer and speaker at legal conferences, law schools, and Massachusetts Bar Association events, she continues to shape the next generation of trial lawyers. Her inclusion in the Circle of Excellence is a fitting acknowledgment of her accomplishments and commitment to the legal profession.
