Boston Magazine Recognizes Three Santoro & Gray Attorneys on Its 2025 Top Lawyers List

We’re proud to announce that three of our attorneys, Victoria Santoro, Jessica Gray, and Bradley Henry, made the 2025 Boston Magazine Top Lawyers list. This annual list includes Greater Boston’s most respected and accomplished attorneys, as nominated by their peers and vetted by an advisory board.

Boston Magazine’s editorial team partners with DataJoe Research to select lawyers within the Greater Boston area, whom it invites to nominate peers across various legal specialties. The final decision on the list is based on professional merit and reputation as determined by those peer nominations and an advisory board review.

Santoro & Gray’s 2025 Honorees

Victoria Santoro – Co-Founding Partner

Victoria (Tori) Santoro represents clients in high-stakes personal injury, product liability, and rideshare litigation. As the immediate past President of the Massachusetts Bar Association (2024–25), she is a dedicated leader in the Boston legal community. Tori has also been named to Best Lawyers in America®, Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s Circle of Excellence, and Top Women of Law. She is active with several volunteer organizations, including Spinal Cord Injury Boston, the Victim Rights Law Center, and the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention, and is dedicated to building sustainable litigation careers for women attorneys.

Jessica Gray – Co-Founding Partner

Jessica Gray handles cases involving catastrophic injuries, truck crashes, premises liability, and product liability litigation. Jessica has been named to Best Lawyers in America®, has earned accolades from Super Lawyers Rising Stars, was named Excellence in the Law’s “Up & Coming Lawyer” by Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly and serves on the Civil Litigation Section Council of the Massachusetts Bar Association. Jessica is involved with the Victim Rights Law Center, American Association for Justice, and Rosie’s Place Young Professionals Network. She is passionate about mentoring law students and young litigators.

Bradley M. Henry – Of Counsel

Bradley Henry has secured record-breaking verdicts and settlements in catastrophic injury, wrongful death, and mass tort litigation. He has consistently earned a spot on the Best Lawyers in America® list since 2012, is a multiple-time Lawyer of the Year honoree, including most recently for the 2026 Edition, and has been named to Super Lawyers Top 100 in New England and Massachusetts. Bradley serves on the Dean’s Cabinet at Suffolk University Law School and speaks nationwide on high-profile litigation.
