Jessica Gray Named to Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2026 Top Women of Law

Santoro & Gray is proud to announce that co-founding partner Jessica M. Gray has been named one of Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s 2026 Top Women of Law(opens in new tab).

The annual Top Women of Law program recognizes women in the Massachusetts legal community for their professional achievements, leadership, contributions to the legal profession and commitment to supporting the next generation of legal professionals. The 2026 honorees will be celebrated at an awards event on November 5, 2026, at the Boston Marriott Newton.

For Jessica, the recognition reflects a career built around advocating for people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives.

About Jessica Gray

Jessica Gray co-founded Santoro & Gray with her longtime trial partner and friend Victoria Santoro. As a trial attorney, she represents people and families in high-stakes personal injury matters, including motor vehicle and trucking collisions, premises liability, construction accidents and product liability cases.

Her approach to the practice of law is also central to the philosophy behind Santoro & Gray. Jessica believes every client has a story worth hearing and telling. She combines her courtroom experience with an ability to bring the human side of a case to judges, juries, arbitrators, mediators and insurers.

Jessica’s previous professional honors include recognition as a Super Lawyers Rising Star and Massachusetts Lawyers Weekly’s Excellence in the Law “Up & Coming Lawyer.” She has also been selected for Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch in America and was a member of the Massachusetts Bar Association’s Leadership Academy.
